Welcome! I know how hard it can be to look for a therapist, here is a little bit of information about me and my practice to help you figure out if we could be a good fit.
Often, people arrive at treatment with one goal in mind, and may discover other important areas to work on along the way. My work with clients always makes space for addressing those issues as they become evident.
As a clinician, I take an open approach, tailored to the needs of each client. We will work together to understand what brings you to treatment, your goals, and how I can support you in achieving them. I use a blend of approaches, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Relational Therapy, among others.
I have a Masters in Social Work degree from the Boston College School of Social Work, and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have worked as a therapist with clients ages 5-65+, treating a wide range of conditions and diagnoses. In addition to my private practice I have provided therapy in both school and outpatient settings.
